Ôåäåðàëüíàÿ ñëóæáà ïî âåòåðèíàðíîìó è ôèòîñàíèòàðíîìó íàäçîðó ñîîáùàåò, ÷òî â ñîîòâåòñòâèè ñ Ðåãëàìåíòîì Êîìèññèè (ÅÑ) îò 12 äåêàáðÿ 2008 ãîäà N 1250/2008 ñ 01.08.2010 èçìåíåíà ôîðìà ñåðòèôèêàòà çäîðîâüÿ íà ðûáîïðîäóêöèþ, ýêñïîðòèðóåìóþ èç Ðîññèéñêîé Ôåäåðàöèè íà òåððèòîðèþ ñòðàí - ÷ëåíîâ Åâðîïåéñêîãî Ñîþçà.

Íîâûé îáðàçåö ñåðòèôèêàòà çäîðîâüÿ íà ðûáîïðîäóêöèþ, ýêñïîðòèðóåìóþ èç Ðîññèéñêîé Ôåäåðàöèè íà òåððèòîðèþ ñòðàí - ÷ëåíîâ Åâðîïåéñêîãî Ñîþçà, ïðèëàãàåòñÿ.

Óêàçàííûé ñåðòèôèêàò äîëæåí áûòü îòïå÷àòàí ñ äâóõ ñòîðîí íà áóìàãå ôîðìàòà A4 áåç ñòåïåíåé çàùèòû è çàâåðåí ïå÷àòüþ òåððèòîðèàëüíîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ Ðîññåëüõîçíàäçîðà, âûäàâøåãî ñåðòèôèêàò, à òàêæå ïîäïèñüþ äîëæíîñòíîãî ëèöà òåððèòîðèàëüíîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ Ðîññåëüõîçíàäçîðà, óïîëíîìî÷åííîãî îôîðìëÿòü ñåðòèôèêàòû çäîðîâüÿ íà ðîññèéñêóþ ðûáî- è ìîðåïðîäóêöèþ, ýêñïîðòèðóåìóþ â ñòðàíû - ÷ëåíû Åâðîñîþçà.

Ïðè îôîðìëåíèè ñåðòèôèêàòà åìó äîëæåí áûòü ïðèñâîåí ñåìèçíà÷íûé íîìåð, ãäå ïåðâûå äâå öèôðû - ñåðèÿ - ôåäåðàëüíûé êîä òåððèòîðèàëüíîãî îðãàíà Ðîññåëüõîçíàäçîðà â ñîîòâåòñòâèè ñ ïðèëîæåíèåì 20 ê Ïðèêàçó Ìèíñåëüõîçà Ðîññèè îò 16.11.2006 N 422, ïîñëåäóþùèå ïÿòü öèôð - ïîðÿäêîâûé íîìåð ñåðòèôèêàòà (íàïðèìåð: 0100001).

Ó÷åò âûäàííûõ ñåðòèôèêàòîâ çäîðîâüÿ íà ðûáîïðîäóêöèþ, ýêñïîðòèðóåìóþ èç Ðîññèéñêîé Ôåäåðàöèè íà òåððèòîðèþ ñòðàí - ÷ëåíîâ Åâðîïåéñêîãî Ñîþçà, îñóùåñòâëÿòü â ñîîòâåòñòâèè ñ èíñòðóêöèåé ïî äåëîïðîèçâîäñòâó.

 ñîîòâåòñòâèè ñ Ðåãëàìåíòîì Êîìèññèè (ÅÑ) îò 12 äåêàáðÿ 2008 ãîäà N 1250/2008 îôîðìëåíèå ñåðòèôèêàòîâ çäîðîâüÿ ñòàðîãî îáðàçöà íà ðûáîïðîäóêöèþ, ýêñïîðòèðóåìóþ èç Ðîññèéñêîé Ôåäåðàöèè íà òåððèòîðèþ ñòðàí - ÷ëåíîâ Åâðîïåéñêîãî Ñîþçà, ïîñëå 31.07.2010 íå äîïóñêàåòñÿ.

Íàñòîÿùóþ èíôîðìàöèþ äîâåäèòå äî ñâåäåíèÿ âñåõ ïîäâåäîìñòâåííûõ îðãàíèçàöèé ãîñóäàðñòâåííîé âåòåðèíàðíîé ñëóæáû, à òàêæå îðãàíèçàöèé, îñóùåñòâëÿþùèõ âíåøíåýêîíîìè÷åñêóþ äåÿòåëüíîñòü.
